Like many mums, I consider buying cosmetics to be a privilege, rather than a necessity. My make-up bag is in dire need of a complete overhaul, and as we're going on holiday soon I decided to nosey around to find the best value for the meager budget I've allowed myself.

ELF also offer mineral foundation at the incredible price of £3.50 (though my shade is not currently in stock). This is 100% mineral based, not one of those poor quality versions which contains talk or other ingredients to bulk it out, and is by far the lowest price I've ever seen.
